The staff were super helpful, especially with special dietary requests in the restaurant. Only gripe was a bit of a wait at check-in, but overall, great stay! 🌟

The whole staff is wonderful, we coul not ask for more. We stayed at Penthouse. The room had Jacuzzi, and beautiful parket floor. Two HD TV. Huge terrace/balcony! The breakfast was Hilton quality! the location was perfect for getting into DC quickly, which was why we chose this place. Our double queen bedroom was lovely and had everything we needed, like plenty of outlets and USB ports, a microwave, minifridge, and closet. the bathroom was beautifully renovated and had great lighting. the hotel lobby had a nice station where you could grab quick food items, coffee, and snacks. the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, were all incredibly helpful and friendly.

One thing that could be improved is that the restaurant was not open during Thanksgiving holidays, making it difficult for guests to find food in the morning. the room temperature adjustment was not great, and the heater/AC was kind of loud.

The hotel is in a great location, with several restaurants within walking distance and close proximity to the Metro. It is also conveniently located near the airport making it easy to access the area we needed to be in. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with Hilton bedding and pillows providing a great night's sleep. The hotel provided a spacious room with a great bathroom, excellent wifi connection, and a business center where I could print my boarding pass for free. The customer service was outstanding, with a welcoming and attentive front desk that made the most out of an understaffed situation. The hotel also offered a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, and the restaurant served a very good meal. I appreciated the option to have a self-serve breakfast buffet and the convenience of being close to the airport. my stay was comfortable and convenient.
